Pastoral Care and Wellbeing
Students are supported by a network of caring adults who know them well and monitor their wellbeing closely.
Pastoral support includes:
- Homeroom teachers as first points of contact
- Pastoral teams including a counsellor at each campus.
- Clear systems for monitoring wellbeing and engagement
- A focus on positive relationships and school values
Learning Support and Inclusion
TSI is committed to inclusive education and supporting learners with a range of needs.
Learning support may include:
- Classroom differentiation and targeted strategies
- Additional learning support where appropriate
- Collaboration between teachers and specialist staff
- Individualised support plans when required
The TSI MUN programme is designed to challenge and inspire students while providing a supportive environment for skill development.
